We have a materials policy designed to give our customers complete peace of mind.

 

Our Policy:

 

• We, at Tratt Brothers, pride ourselves in selecting only the very best materials for our customers.

• We only buy materials from reputable dealers.

• We only buy materials, which we have inspected prior to delivery at site.  This sometimes involves travelling long distances to ensure the materials are what our customers and we require.  We buy from dealers as far apart as Cornwall, West Wales and Hampshire.

• On inspection of materials we look for strength of stem, colour and suitability for the roof on which it is to be used.

• We do not buy materials according to price but quality alone.

• We do not buy direct from the Continent as this means we have little control over quality and suitability.

• We also ensure that materials are fully covered after delivery to site.
